Head Spa Treatments
Our head spa treatments are designed to promote relaxation and care for both hair and scalp. Each session includes a consultation to assess your scalp and hair condition, followed by a customized treatment plan.
Booking
Appointments can be booked online through our website. To book your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. This fee will be applied towards your service cost. Deposit is dependant on service you book.
Please arrive 10 minutes before booking.
Cancellation/Rescedule
I understand things come up, and you may need to reschedule or cancel. Please be courteous and reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment.

What is a headspa?
A headspa refers to a scalp treatment designed to boost both your scalp's well-being and your hair's overall health. This rejuvenating experience involves using specialized products to detoxify your scalp. Through a soothing deep tissue massage, the treatment encourages circulation and stimulates your scalp. It's akin to treating your scalp to a facial – a refreshing indulgence for your head!
How do I select a specific service provider?
To select a specific service provider and view their availability, click the Filter icon on the Booking Schedule page. If there is no Filter option, click the Service Details on the bottom of the page to view the only available service provider for that specific service.​
How Do I Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment?
During your Booking Process, you create an account that stores your upcoming appointments. In the top right-hand corner (for Desktop) or in the top center of the drop down menu (for Mobile) on any page is a circular picture next to a drop down arrow (This is your account dashboard).
Click the arrow and go to My Bookings. There you will see the option to Reschedule or Cancel an appointment you have made.

If you are not logged in, click the circular picture and choose your log-in method. Make sure you are logging into the same account you booked the appointment with.

Do you take same-day appointments?
Because of logistics, I don't accept same-day appointments. If you absolutely need a session that same day, feel free to text me and if I can make it happen I will.

Am I a good candidate for a headspa treatment?
Anyone can benefit from a headspa experience. This treatment offers an opportunity to unwind, enjoy a soothing massage, and simply relax. If you happen to have a dry, itchy, or oily scalp, issues with dandruff, build-up from hair products, clogged follicles, irritated skin, thin hair, hair loss, or even if you are dealing with stress, you are especially encouraged to give it a try. It's a rejuvenating option for a variety of scalp and hair concerns.

How can Amethyst Headspa benefit me?
Headspas play a crucial role in fostering healthy hair growth and preventing issues like dandruff and hair loss. Additionally, these relaxing treatments effectively alleviate pressure and invigorate the scalp, creating a conducive environment for healthy hair. Furthermore, headspa treatments help prevent the accumulation of excess sebum, ensuring your scalp remains balanced and comfortable.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes, but with all hair washing it can contribute to fading. If you plan to color your hair soon it is best to have your headspa treatment first.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Cash, all major Credit Cards, Venmo, and Cashapp.

How do I find my Pamper Points that I've earned through the Loyalty Rewards Program (Radiant Rewards)?
Log in to your Amethyst Headspa member account. Click the drop-down bar next to your member profile picture. Click My Rewards. You can check your Tier status and rewards you are eligible for.

At the bottom of the "My Rewards" page, you will see a "Flexible Rewards" section that displays how many Pamper Points you can trade in at checkout (each Pamper Point equals $1.00). Check our Loyalty Rewards Program page to see how you can earn.

What if my friend or family member is also having a session? Where can I wait?
If you're waiting for someone in your party to finish their session, we have a beautiful lobby for you to wait in. As well as nearby shopping.

Do you accept walk-ins?
We are by appointment only, so I cannot accommodate walk-ins. Each appointment must be booked 13 Hours or more in advance. I am willing to make exceptions if it is possible. Please reach out to via email or call.​​

Do you offer multiple services at a time?
Due to the intimate size of my studio, I’m only able to see one client at a time. This allows for a calm, one-on-one experience with my full attention on you. If you arrive early or are waiting while a friend is being seen, feel free to relax in our beautiful lobby—or explore the lovely nearby shopping center for a little pre-pampering browse!

Do you offer Gift Cards?
We do not offer traditional gift cards, but you’re welcome to download our Gift Card Certificate, which can be printed or emailed to your recipient. This allows you to treat someone special to a Headspa service.
Once you’ve given the certificate to your recipient, they can visit the booking site to schedule their appointment. When booking, they should select the Gift Card version of the service they would like to have. This option is free and does not require a deposit. In the message box, they’ll enter a note that says, “This appointment is a gift,” along with the giver’s name, phone number, and email address.

After the appointment is booked, I’ll reach out to the giver using the contact information provided to send a secure payment link close to there scheduled appointment.

Do you blow dry after the Headspa service?
Yes, we do provide a light blow dry to help you leave feeling refreshed—not dripping wet. While we do our best to dry your hair thoroughly, results can vary based on several factors, such as your arrival time, any bathroom breaks, the length of your service, and your hair type. Some hair textures may also absorb more of the nourishing jojoba oil, making full styling a bit more challenging. That said, we always aim to get you as dry, styled, and comfortable as possible before you leave.

Refunds
All sales of services rendered and products purchased are final. Services are non-refundable, but if you are unsatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 24 hours to discuss your concerns.
