Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation Information: A non-refundable deposit will be charged to your account upon booking your appointment. You must cancel or re-book your appointment at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time. Additional Booking Information: If booking for more than one person, please create a separate log-in account for each individual with their/your personal information for a more personalized pampering experience (each deposit will be made separately). Discounts cannot be combined.
